Have you been to Auroville Ashram and tasted the food there. I have been there once about 25 years back. They used to serve delicious porridge and bread in the evenings. It used to be a very calm place back then.

The coconut lobster or shrimp curry is similar to one of the quintessential Bengali dishes called Daab (young green coconut) Chingri (Giant King prawns). We can substitute the prawns with the lobster chunks.

I don't think you enjoyed the hot chocolate because your expression on your face gave it away. Do see "mark wiens" he is a fantastic food blogger and explains the dishes with a lot of detail and this gives the audience a better gauge on the different cuisines offered in india and the rest of the world. As mentioned before, you really need to explain the taste of the food and how you feel about it. i feel you don't give much information on the food and everything can't be yummy! this is a recommendation for you to think about.
