- Metropolis is an art deco inspired high-rise offering great views of the Wynn Las Vegas golf course and the Strip skyline. The location of Metropolis is phenomenal--it sits just east of the Strip and literally right next to the Las Vegas Convention Center. In addition, it is only about a nine minute drive from Harry Reid International Airport.
All the units here in this high rise are huge! They range in size from around 2,200 square feet up to 5,467 for a penthouse. The units also range from a 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms, up to a 3 bedroom, 6 bathroom condo.
These huge lofts have ceilings almost 20’ high. The kitchens include stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and the bathrooms feature oversized tubs.
Prices on these units range from the $500,000s up to around $3m for a penthouse.
Amenities include a 24 hr concierge, giant oversized heated swimming pool, roof spa, fitness center, Dog Run / Pet Park, barbecue areas, guest parking, and...how cool is this...they also have mini golf!
HOA dues range from around $1000 per month up to $1300 per month depending on the size of the unit.
