Osgood schlatter wasn’t asked directly. Xray knee showing tibial tuberosity was asked. And the correct answer would be tibial tuberosity. They asked to identify the area with arrow pointing towards tibial tuberosity
Then it is ok
That's right they haven't mentioned Osgood schlatter anywhere
One question was on osteoporosis in shift 2 regarding the enzyme marker . Which enzyme will be increased in osteoporosis.
One option was trap
Trap is answer
Median nerve me last line me ye bhi likha tha ki unable to flex his finger so higher injury??
In the median nerve injury case, there was also muscle involvement given ?
*Given .
I think it was Sunray appearence
Yes it was osteosarcoma type image showing Sunray pattern and codmans triangle
Ewing can sometimes present as Sunray in x ray plus lession was from diaphysis...bdw in osteosarcoma inflammation is not there
It was ewing sarcoma on the basis of genetics and location
Ewing sarcoma? Diaphysis ?
Ya swings affect diaphysis
Not osteosarcoma i think
@@STEBIN123-w7pbut it affect femur diaphysis
Plating with screww question option were wrong here
Opponens pollicis answer is wrong sir. It is flexor pollciis sir

Last question can it be renal osteodystrophy
Evening shift questions were not discussed here
And Ewing sarcoma genetics
EWSR1-FLI1 gene
21:56 screw was also there that means secondary callus
Rigid fixation was given so answer is primary healing
Sir in cts sensory sensation preserved
Yes it would be medial nerve damage higher up. So palmar cutaneous branch will be affected and sensory function will be impaired
You are right
Yes you are right
Sir that cast it was 5 t0 7 weeks..6 to 8 weeks not found
Right ans is 6 to 8 weeks
So we have to tick whichever close to it
And also spine process fracture they’ve told chance fracture
Chance fracture is unstable so it will present with neurological symptoms
@@jambukeswaranPST ok sir
18 year child
Ewings sarcoma genetics. ...?
It is translocation of 11 22
@@jambukeswaranPST was it given
Best ortho faculty
Other pple telling ewings sarcoma.. I marked osteosarcoma
What is correct sir
If the X-ray shows sunburst appearance then it should be osteogenic sarcoma
People just to satisfy their answer telling that there was sunray appearance but it was diaphysial onion peel = Ewing Sarcoma.
That's why their recall correct was 150 & getting 60k rank 😅
