In tb hip , the photo showed internal rotation of hip, shortened limb , she was a lady with upper body covered with the kurta she was wearing and only lower limb below knee and hip join was visible
rickets question wasn’t so straight forward and easy , various serum values were given - serum calcium and phosphorus decreased , serum 1,25 chalciferol decreased , urinary phosphates increased . Then diagnosis was asked , vitamin D dependent rickets , renal osteodystrophy , 1 ^ hyper parathyroidism , and one more option was given
One question was that patient had failure of flexors at mcp joint and failure of extensor at ip joint and which nerve is likely involved. options were 1 ulnar 2 interosseos nerve 3 musculocutaneous 4 i can't recall. I marked ulnar nerve.
*Vote against 2 SHIFTS, NORMALISATION* 👇 *In NORMALISATION PROCESS , one can get 1000 Marks out of 800. How* ? (1) One person score is 800/800 in shift 1 ... average score of that shift is 200 (2) Average score of shift 2 is 300 Normalisation score ---- > 250 .. 200 will be treated as 250 ( shift 1 ) ... 300 will be treated as 250 ( shift 2) ..... Shift 1 800/800 candidate after normalisation -------> 250*4 = 1000 Shift 2 candidate (800/800) after normalisation---->250*800/300= 667.... congratulations 🎉💪 NEW SCAM LOADING 😍😍😍😍😍
