I need my jump height to improve as I'm already pretty short but I guess I'm going to have to just train harder
Thanks for showing what it takes to be "volleyball fit".
I really loved your video.
Dang I wish there was a place like this where I live
This is some really good tips on training!
Are there some that you know of that don't require any weights or equipment?
Very good.
How much weight was on the bar when they were doing power cleans?
what advise are you specifically looking for? how to do an actual "dip" or how to implement into your training. I will mention that we make surge that the athlete or individual we are training has proper shoulder and elbow joint stability to handle the stress of doing a dip (whether it is assisted or unassisted - the stability is a must). The goal is to get the upper arm to become parallel with the floor bending at the elbows and shoulders lowering body down. Then drive chest up by driving arms straight up.
Hope this helps.

They were doing 65lbs, but it was light for them. They were doing the cleans for more reps and volume.
