  • Dubbed the Eagles Nest or the Takahashi Penthouse by architecture purists, this two story crown Jewel embellishes the top of the renowned Ritz Carlton Residences designed by the legendary Moore Ruble Yudell, towering over the iconic Downtown Los Angeles Skyline. This modern architectural marvel is the epitome of opulent, secluded, and comfortable living with a splash of Japanese Zen within it. Various design elements go into this penthouse, from the multiple shades of floor-to-ceiling exterior glass panelling that wrap around the Eagle’s nest, to the sleek and muted tones of gray and blue that coat the kitchen and seamlessly provide connectivity between inside and outside living. The masterfully crafted “floating” stairs elevate you to the en-suite guest bedroom and most importantly the master wing where you experience tranquility in the lounge room, the intimate built in spa like bathtub and most importantly, for all those that are sartorially inclined, a spacious walk in boutique that feels like your very own Rodeo Drive!
Towering at over 50 floors above the ground, it offers an expansive 6600 square feet of living space meticulously furnished with some of the finest interior in the world! This private residence offers exclusive access to the world class Gold Standard Services the Ritz Carlton has to offer. Looking to Explore DTLA? The Eagles Nest has its own private elevator that allows you to move uninterrupted all the way to the ground floor, putting you right in the midst of the Crypto.com arena, L.A Live, the Grammy Museum and a plethora of mouthwatering restaurants like Katsuya and SOL Agave just to name a few. It’s quite easily the most entertaining place on the planet, L.A Live!
Congratulations to Jill Knepper-Schenitzer and the StephanieYoungerGroup for successfully getting the Eagles Nest off the market!

Beautiful. Lots of non California people move here and/or want to move here but a soon as they feel their first earthquake in a building like this, they high tail it out of California. CA high rise living is NOT the same as NY high rise living. Earthquakes are no joke. This level you'l swing 9-13 feet and up and down during an even moderate quake. Its why places like this go for so relatively cheap after a quake because people vacate them.

I honestly can't take you seriously. There were times when you were faking a British accent. Like you're a part of the British royal family or something? Was this a parody? I'm so confused.
