Enjoyed watching and listening to this lady. Her presentation was informative, she seemed authentic and was not annoying like a lot of reviewers. Well done. I bought this machine and am waiting for delivery. :-)

Great machine! Easy to handle, excellent quality... 4 years experience and very happy with it... 😉
Hi Gail (or anyone else reading), Looking for any help I can get. I have had this machine coming up on 10 years now and I DO LOVE it! But, I feel now that I am getting a bitter coffee each time. I don't remember if I changed my bean grind in the last while or not, but I may have. I know some say bitter coffee is usually due to grinding too fine.. but my coffee isn't "dripping" out when it comes out and it flows just fine, so now I am wondering if I am under extracting? Any help would be great. I rarely change any settings on this machine, but I am fairly sure that I need to now to get it back to making the great coffee that it used to.
I love your reviews. This is our 2nd bean to cup machine and we bought it for the milk pitcher integration but are having an issue - what should the temp of a cappuccino be? ours seem lukewarm so we measured with a good thermometer and the frothed milk is only at about 95-97 degrees. Before we start looking at repair options want to find out what it "should" be and can't find it anywhere! thank you
General alarm is showing on the panel
I cannot use it . What to do please.
Thanks
Hi Gayle, is there anyway to disable the top cup warmer, we never use it and we find it gets super hot. Thankyou!
I have this same machine and loved every day with it. Have had it for 8 years! I don’t use it anymore , still
Works great just I don’t use it and I don’t know if I should sell it or what to do with it. Any suggestions?
I had the 3300 for over a decade then moved up to the 3500. They are both great machines that I highly recommend.
Don't you miss the manual milk frother? The steam wand
hi Gail, are 8k coffees too much for an used esam 3500? thanks!
i have one of these and when i first plug it in it says "self diagnosis" and shuts off. but then after I leave it olugged in and just use the on and off button it works perfectly.. its just when you first plug it in? know anything?
I have this machine, got it 2nd hand for $50, they said milk wasn't working. I changed 2 solenoids and cleaned the nozzle where the milk jug plugs into and fixed it. But I feel as if I'm not getting the same flow rate of milk as you do in your video. WHat could the issue be? I've given the milk jug a good clean and even unscrewed it and disassembled it.
you say hot but I think its worm I am not too much into automatic machines since I was working in a shop selling caffitaly machines so I got interested to know how to make good coffee but to buy a good manual espresso machine & a good grinder is probably going to cost a lot more than automatic machine for now I will stay with Nescafe and coffee shops till I can afford to buy a good machine
Hi
My brew unit doesn't pop out when I press the red buttons. Any ideas? And the tray can't fit due to the brew unit being too low.
My milk jug won't fully connect. I've tried numerous times to push in but it refuses to fully attach. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
Does the strength setting change the grind setting or the amount of ground coffee?
Amount of coffee ground :D
Any idea what models N and S mean?
gotta have a latte now. go Gail! 💥
Woohoo!
I have a problem i hope you can help me with . I just purchased a used Delonghi Magnifica ESAM 3500 I have watched a bunch of videos on people pouring shots with the machine and in the videos the shot has a bunch beautiful Caramel colored crema on top about an inch thick . With my machine i dont seem to get that much . I get about 1/8 inch just floating on top. .I get a 1 1/2 oz shot in 10 seconds with the grind as fine as it will go . I am wondering if the grinder blades need to be replaced .I see in your video you said on the fine setting it clogged the machine . My machine will not get near that fine . I am thinking Maybe i need a finer grind.. the coffee i am using is the Lavazza gold select .
How fresh is your coffee? Check out this video on crema: ruclips.net/video/eqCPO-hs8Lg/видео.html
Can you disable the cupwarmer ?
Thank you 👍🏻
How do you grind the beans
Nice review, I have a chance on purchasing this machine from a local seller, its 5 years old. Does this machine still have plenty of life left? Thx
I know I'm late replying but...I have the de'longhi rialto... which is 99% similar to this machine. I've had it for 16 years! (Since 2007). I use it at least twice a day every year. Only repairs was a new boiler, new grinder and new froth button (the white piece that the milk canister connects to). I think total repairs was less then $350 in 16 years! Totally worth my investment. So many uses, never bored of my various types of coffee. Great for 1 or 2 shots to add to ice cream for epic coffee shakes (in separate blender) with your choice of creamer. Top with whip cream... yum!!!
Another best video of gear reviews by Gail as always.
Does anybody know if you can grind coffee out of this machine's own use. I mean, can you grind coffee into another container by using this machine's grinder?
Thanks.
Not that I am aware of.
Hey guys my machine keeps telling me to fill tank but which ones the tank
ha-ha, you avoided saying if the coffee was okay or not, just said it was hot :)
Hi! new subscriber here...great videos!
I'm starting a mobile business with a coffee tricycle but i don't know which machine is better for this kind of business. I can spend between 1,000 to 2,000 dollars and i have been seen machines like "La Spaziale - $1790" and "Breville dual boiler - $ 1300". ¿What do you think is better for me and this kind of business platform? another machine that you can recomend me?
Thank you very much for your help. Have a great day!
Why it always say insert water spout while i put it in already?
Where to buy parts
This isn't a good machine. I have the EAM 3400 and it doesn't make espressos, only regular coffee. Doesn't extract any creme from the coffee beans. Definitely not worth the price.
