Everyone just keep trying at least an hour a day I was one of those who almost gave up because I would do as they say but just couldn't get it.. well here's a tip DO NOT try to mimic them exactly how they are showing because that's just how it works for them but doesn't mean it will for you I learned it in about 3 days just by trying different movements of the mouth and tongue until I found the sweet spot. Once you hear a semi soft whistle then start blowing a litter harder to get it louder.

Freedom Fighter well only way would be for me to make a video buuuuuut too lazy lol basically... try first by tucking both lips back then try just bottom and see which one makes more of that hollow sound. Make sure you play with how much tightness of your lips need. When it comes to your tongue all you need to do instead of making it a big deal just simply put it on your lower lip and let the divot form itself as you blow don’t actually try to make a divot because I noticed as I was practicing it literally formed by it self once you start blowing. I guess I should mention to make sure the lower jaw is extended a bit.
