  • One of my survival food/viand for "petsa de peligro":).
    Today i'm gonna show you how to cook sinabawang corned beef and its very easy and simple to make. Sinabawan is a Filipino term for putting broth or water into a dish to have it like soupy texture, its almost like have sauce on it. Aside from putting more onion, I also love to pour calamansi extract because it added more flavor and also it balances the saltiness of the corned beef, lets get started and taste it!
    CORNED BEEF WTH PATATAS RECIPE
    Ingredients:
    260g canned corned beef
    1pc large potato, diced
    2pcs large onion, sliced
    3cloves garlic, minced
    1pc medium fresh tomato, sliced
    1tbsp calamansi extract
    6tsp oil (for frying & sautéing)
    2tsp fish sauce
    water
    salt and pepper to taste
