My experience is, don't throw number. You will always under sale yourself. Ask for a number. You will always find companies have budget higher than your expectations.
Tips on my own experiment as a software engineer I will never want to work for any Pakistani compies because HR is never honest, and they don't know how to start a conversation on the first call, other hand I am working in a Korean company i do have experience in USA company the HR is very perfectional, they respect candidate they give tell you salary range and other benefits e.g. clear communication tell you how what will hiring process look like
Exacty, and not just that, even their job descriptions mostly has salary range in it. And here, job descriptions mein thoos thoos kr one-man-army maang rhe honge or salary range likhne ki zehmat nhi hogi. That's the sick mentality we pakistanis have, to try to lowball at every fricking situation.
See , I get your point it's hard to learn a new language but you should always try to higher your value in life and that you can do by learning more and more. Knowledge is power. Look at the pros of learning English you'll learn a language through which you can communicate to almost all the world. You'll be able access more information and quality content. Urdu is definitely a great language we love it but urdu is not native to all Pakistanis but yet they learn urdu though everyone is more comfortable speaking their native language but yet to communicate in Pakistan everyone learns Urdu. Same way we can learn English to better communicate with the world and represent our beloved country in a better way.
Watching in USA 🇺🇸 and this is such an extremely POOR 👎😡 interview! The REAL question should've been: What types of skills set and candidate profiles do the companies RUN AFTER for various roles?
Junaid bhai ye Pakistani RUclips channel hai... Ye aurat toa iss tarha English bol rahi hai jese BBC channel walo ne iss ko bulaya ho... Khalli Walli yar.... 🤷♂️
Never ask fish, always ask the fisherman…. Same goes for HR salary discussion. A HR whose target is to hire you at minimum cost, is telling you how to negotiate a better salary….aaahhh the irony.
