Aromatherapy is really good, too! Flowers, herbs, Play-Doh...anything with a smell you could just get lost in - grab some, close your eyes and do exactly that for a few minutes! It feels a little silly maybe, but relax, open up to it and you will find some needed serenity.

I’ve gone through and read a few of the comments, and I listen to these waves a lot they calm me down. My problem is I have a neurological disorder and I have to find calming and soothing things that won’t stress me out or bring me anxiety and that’s one thing that these waves do. Thanks for all the kind words for the one that may or may not read this.

This is what i call healing, I'm having a hard time accepting that I'm getting back to my old self, the depressive and anxious one, it's been tough for me i have no one to talk to. Living in Missouri, I never knew the ocean. But when I was little, my family went on a trip , and I fell in love with the horizon, the spray, and the sound. Whenever I am on a trip and we are able to see the ocean, I always get this emotion while staring at the sea: it’s like peace. Calm, acceptance of nature and awe and wanderlust all in one.

When I was a kid, my friends and I often go to the beach at 3 am in the morning at weekends. Our village is fisherman village back then and we love to hang out and make a small campfire. This sounds is exactly how it sounds back then. It bring so much memories, the memories that I always cherish for. Up until now, I still listen to this sounds because I have move to big cities with no beach because of my studies and works.

I used to live in Long Beach, CA by the beach. I would take long moonlit walks on the beach around 3 and 4am so it was intimate with nature and especially beloved Pacific ocean. My angels and guides also were assuring my safety. If it wasn't, they let me know. I miss it so much! Circumstances have me stuck in Michigan for now, but in my heart, I know I'll be back there in some way or another. 🥰

California traffic can be a bitch but I learned to leave early . The people ... eh ... I’ve been told SEVERAL times by locals I’d fit in Just fine , compared to the country conservative scene I’m from .
i used to go to monterey bay every summer with the family i live with (my mom, my dad, my brother) and my grandma. we’d rent out a house right on the beach- though the beach was technically public, we never saw anyone there besides us. anyway, it’s really cold here by the ocean in cali, even in summer. but every night, i would open my window just a tiny bit and be able to hear this exact sound. i really miss going, but sadly we had to stop because of some money issues. this is really relaxing and brings back good memories, thanks!

Reminiscent of my favorite vacation in a beach House on the Oregon coast in Manzanita. I have lived at high altitude in landlocked Colorado my whole life, with asthma. That week on the coast, walking on the beach with the ocean breeze was the best my lungs had felt in many years. Finding this video has been so relaxing.

I have lived on or near the coast almost my ntire life ( Bellingham, Seattle Tacoma, WA) San Diego, Oxnard ,CA, Gulf Port, MS. My family and I have been vacationing to the Oregon Coast (Cannon Beach, Manzinita) since I was 8 months old. I am now 37 with a family of my own , living in Germany. Close to the water but not the same. It's got me feeling all out of place,like a fish out of water. These wave sounds are s great way to bring back some feelings of life near the coast.

i'm tired of watching wave videos and the visual is not the same as the audio. you see waves crashing but do not hear waves crashing...you hear waves crashing but do not see waves crashing.
it's like watching a movie when the voice is not in sync with the lips.

Nice. It's relaxing and teasing... road trip coming up so I can walk on the beach and feel the sand between my toes, taste the salt air, feel the sea breeze and be serenaded by the charm of the waves rolling.

My 5 month old and I sleep to ocean sounds and meditation music every night this is one of our favourites, no ads no birds nothing annoying that distracts or wakes us up just the white noise of calming waves
