yeah the approach is dramatically different, and the main stuff is about muscular activation , multitasking and psychological backround support. These sports are really fast passed. It does alot on the nerfs . A fottball match is like at least half and one hour d and in team of course all these critera affect it also but the coefficient is really higher in solo sports/ high passed. Because like for half an hour you have to be at your best against someone that you usually don't play. Adaptation etc give more space for reaction and instinct. You definetly should try muscular activation and playing a chest game at same time kinda fun exercise to do and you will see quickly the difference

Can someone explain to me how this is watchable. Most rallies don’t last more than 4-5 shots and ends in like 3 seconds. The stop start is so frustrating. I’m not a fan of watching badminton but at least it’s somewhat watchable. Obviously tennis is the most watchable. All are fun to play but as a spectator, isn’t it so infuriating to watch. Also this side angle is terrible.
