Did a group motorcycle ride a few years back. It is important to check the spring schedule as they plow and spray the road to "re-surface" it. The truck driver said be careful as it is "slippery as snot". On a motorcycle it was intense.
@@ryhinton thank you, there is a couple spots that have cement barricades but for the most part there is none due to the continual sloughing and movement of the hill, it the same idea why it’s not paved as the hillside is always moving

Thanks very helpful. The road does haven image that looks darn too. It’s. Not for the faint of heart. Keep up the great work love the drone shots too.
Awesome footage Wes! I have always loved the rush of driving the Bella Coola hill!
Thanks. I thought most of it was paved. Glad you mentioned that at the end. Can't wait to see the Ocean.
Excellent video. Thanks for doing it. I'm contemplating doing it on my full dresser touring bike. Those two corners will be interesting.
That steep drop-off next to the road is actually Young Creek Canyon.
Interesting video. Any idea of why there are no guardrails?

@@wesseufert5028Makes sense. Thanks for the explanation.
Realistically, how long from Bella Coola to Williams Lake? Time wise.
It’s five hours towing my boat, might getter done a little quicker not towing.
That first turn at the top use to be a nineteen percent grade.
