Skype changed the way I communicate with my colleges to do our projects as well as while teaching my students.

You can use the method I show here on your skype group video calls and skype video conferences for business. I have done it on all mobile phone platforms including iPhone, iPad as well as Android phones.
Tips for teaching:
At the end of the video, there are tips about using skype to teach online and I used the app Notability for my teachings. I have been using this app for a long time after I replaced it to OneNote Microsoft and used that as my primer skype whiteboard.

How to stretch the screen if mirrord on iphone

Hope you are well. There is a paid software called "ScreenFlow" which is available only on Mac. It can help can stretch your screen on iPhone. But unfortunately other than that I don't know any free tool to see your iPhone screen stretched on Mirrored since the aspect ratio on phone is different from computer. Hope it can help you
