Dodge > Berserk + Feral Rush
Dodge > Berserk + Light attack
Dodge > Berserk + Light attack > Dodge
Swap > Berserk + Light Attack
Under CC: Berserk + Light Attack
Does NOT work with hatchet throw skills

Has to use skill -> swap -> berserk+LA
1:11 drain all your stamina and slow down your ms if you have light set

I can cancel it sometimes with Light attack + berserk + dodge. It's don't force to use 1 more dodge and don't provide an extra light attack animation. But i can't fell stable timinigs to get a predictable result.

Practice makes perfect man keep at it and you will also master it flawlessly. I also recommend pressing berserk "first" then light attack

I do but like I mentioned my bind for berserk is side mouse button and its just much easier to do it that way
