Looks like you were in BBQ heaven !!! I'll just take those cheese fritters home to eat later. I grew up eating that delicious Memphis and surrounding area food and remember my dad driving us down to Horn Lake to eat all you can eat catfish so I know that's a cool place, glad you experienced it! I laughed when Bobby took that first bite of pork rind! I've never had BBQ spaghetti either. As somebody who smokes meat all the time, love the fact you two don't drench it in bbq sauce. Good barbecue doesn't need sauce. It should be added to compliment the meat, not over power it. Always love your videos.

I liked the taste of the BBQ sauce on that sandwich because we have been there before and I enjoyed it that way. @@jbinthehills Hey J Ya sandwiches need the sauce for a lubricant like ketchup or mustard. That is my exception to the rule. Though a little dab will do you on basic brisket, ribs and chicken. I always believe that all bbq restaurants should allow the customer to judge how much how much sauce you put on the meat, not them. You two are fun to watch and would love to hang out with. Keep up the amazing work.
This is the Absolute best place to eat BBQ when you visit Graceland. We had those cheese balls and they were Awesome. They had suggested the sauced ribs and it was Delicious. I wish had one closer to us on Westside of Indy! Yes you are making our mouths water! My husband is sitting here drooling 🤤 Highly Recommend Melissa's Place❣️❣️❣️

If you're ever in town again I highly recommend the peacemaker sandwich, it's a large pulled pork sandwich topped with brisket, and a pro tip, use some of the spicy bbq sauce on the pork rinds

That barbecue spaghetti looked good, I like chili spaghetti so I would probably like that. Those barbecue ribs look amazing, when they pull apart like that you know they are going to be good. I like my BBQ without the a lot of extra sauce. If it's good BBQ it doesn't need sauce. I like my baby back ribs with just the dry rub.

Hard question but easy answer for us. Our favorite of all time for both of us is Gus's Fried Chicken in Memphis. Love that place and tried to do it again drove over at 3 and they were out of Chicken. Now on this trip this place would come in second for us. BB Kings that we did today was the best. The Blues City Cafe is amazing but we didn't have time to go here and film it. We also went to the Rainforest Cafe and Martin's in Nashville that we will be bringing out. This place was outstanding though. Memphis is just so good with food choices to many to only pick a couple when we only stay a few days. The first 2 we did were not in our plans but because of ice and a car accident we did them the EP Grill and the Rock n Roll Cafe. Wanted to do the Beale street ones more but didn't get to😎😎

You can bet if I had the money Id buy the Triple G, they want so much for it because it's attached to Elvis. You'd need to be a millionaire. Which I think they should lower the price and sell it. It's better than letting it rot. It should have been refurbished years ago. Sad really. That BBQ looked awesome! We cook alot of it in the summer. Looks like a great place to get dry rub. Not Texas Roadhouse but very similar.... that building is from a chain that went under more than 10 years ago called Roadhouse Grill. I recognized it as soon as John showed the outside of the building. I don't know why they went under because they had good food. Bobbie loves it that way. Me I personally am not a huge fan of it no matter how it is made. This place has won many awards and been on TV shows so we had to try it. It was very good and some Memphis restaurants are a little expensive because of the tourist at Graceland. 😎😎
@@jbinthehills I completely get that. And you also probably ordered more food than the average couple would get because you are trying to feature the food for your RUclips channel. But barbecue is supposed to be relatively cheap compared to other foods. And I think you guys spent $50 or more that day yikes! I don’t know I haven’t been to any restaurant in several months but that seems like a lot to me.
My 11-year olds Make-a-Wish was to go to Graceland she got her wish she got to meet Priscilla Presley Priscilla asked her out for Christmas but my Priscilla could not make it so we made arrangements for his birthday the year of the stamp she stood in mind for 2 hours and got her sheet of Elvis Presley stamps Priscilla Presley made sure that my Priscilla got to do everything there she paid for a hotel and our car rental we were involved in all the parties even though my little girl was bald and had a nose tube in G-tube is what they call it that's how I would feed her on a nightly basis but she decided when we loved Washington state that she was not going to worry about that thing and eat whatever she wanted she did very well the week we were there so we got to go twice but my mother who I named my daughter after Priscilla and has never got to go I wish you would go she's 78 years old and loves Elvis Presley that's how I got addicted to him that's how my children got addicted to him I only have one child left out of six and my youngest is missing for the past six months I have been looking so hard for Sabrina Manning my youngest 38 years old South Carolina Charleston if you ever see her in your runs please let me know

Not Texas Roadhouse but very similar.... that building is from a chain that went under more than 10 years ago called Roadhouse Grill. I recognized it as soon as John showed the outside of the building. I don't know why they went under because they had good food. I tried to find an image of the building at the time they were operational but all I found was this Wikipedia.

Bobbie loves it that way. Me I personally am not a huge fan of it no matter how it is made. This place has won many awards and been on TV shows so we had to try it. It was very good and some Memphis restaurants are a little expensive because of the tourist at Graceland. 😎😎
@@jbinthehills I completely get that. And you also probably ordered more food than the average couple would get because you are trying to feature the food for your RUclips channel. But barbecue is supposed to be relatively cheap compared to other foods. And I think you guys spent $50 or more that day yikes! I don’t know I haven’t been to any restaurant in several months but that seems like a lot to me.
My 11-year olds Make-a-Wish was to go to Graceland she got her wish she got to meet Priscilla Presley Priscilla asked her out for Christmas but my Priscilla could not make it so we made arrangements for his birthday the year of the stamp she stood in mind for 2 hours and got her sheet of Elvis Presley stamps Priscilla Presley made sure that my Priscilla got to do everything there she paid for a hotel and our car rental we were involved in all the parties even though my little girl was bald and had a nose tube in G-tube is what they call it that's how I would feed her on a nightly basis but she decided when we loved Washington state that she was not going to worry about that thing and eat whatever she wanted she did very well the week we were there so we got to go twice but my mother who I named my daughter after Priscilla and has never got to go I wish you would go she's 78 years old and loves Elvis Presley that's how I got addicted to him that's how my children got addicted to him I only have one child left out of six and my youngest is missing for the past six months I have been looking so hard for Sabrina Manning my youngest 38 years old South Carolina Charleston if you ever see her in your runs please let me know
