Let me understand this Dave is always telling people that you don't need A credit score. But when he rents his properties out to tenants he checks their credit score.

The first debt scream on this episode was the most informative & uplifting debt scream I’ve heard. They impacted me tremendously and are very inspiring

being debt free is the best feeling ever, especially when hard times hit. when my daughter was born with brain damage due to oxygen loss, we had to pay about $12,000 out of pocket for our deductible (out of network costs for life flight and 8 weeks in NICU were close to $1mil so ill take only being responsible for $12k of that lol), and we would not have been able to afford that if we hadn't followed the babysteps to get out of debt and then build our 6 month emergency fund (which happened to be the $12k we needed for hospital bills, go figure) now money is still tight but we are getting back on a budget for 2023 and finally feel like we are going to be okay again. we still have a mortgage, but once our emergency fund and savings accounts are built back up, im going to be attacking that mortgage and getting it paid down asap!

I don’t think the first guy understands what Dave was saying on the crappyness of the annuity. 😢

That first one sounds like was actually a sales man trying to make it sounds good to the audience.

That first caller sounded like an insurance salesman, and the beeping on the line sounded like a recording alert.

the thing about the flip side of credit score is insurance looks at it, and other thing take it into consideration other then money loan. our credit score is high 700 or 800 depending on the agency and are on step 7(50 year old). we do use cards for everything with zero balances each month.
