I really like these tips - very good, clearly explained, good for "reproducing". But where I always fail is when I incorporate such scenes into my C4D scenes, which are rendered using Redshift, I simply cannot "recreate" the materials/colors.
Does anyone know of any good tutorials that explain how X-Particals can be provided with Redshift materials and rendered?

why do they never show some realistic simulations?

just a guess, but for me xParticles has more of been a tool for artstyle and not exactly for physical correct simulations. I believe the goal of the TTT is more to show whats possible than to show how to do stuff. Well, maybe both. But lets face it, if you want to make physically accurate stuff, houdini will mostly be the tool of choice. xParticles is my fav tool in c4d nontheless.

Is there anything in here that can only be done in the newest xParticles release? I bought a perpetual license in November, but I love this technique and want to know if I can do the same thing.

Yes, this can be done with your build, you'll just have to use the old xpColor modifier instead of the new nxColor and use a noise Shader set to Shader space to get the same effect

Your software is great but technical support is very very crap. I had so many issues and waited feedback and never reached out to me. So expensive software but not getting support like others. Recently I have a issues and asked “Nexus and Taiao not showing up, I think Fused not working properly. Need immediate feedback because I have a schedule to meet. Thank you” Its been a week now, no one replied yet.
