I stayed in Samyan in 2016, a few days in Everyday Bangkok Hostel. Too bad this video wasn’t around then or else I would have explored the area more. But good thing I am now subscribed to your channel for my next Bangkok trip 😉
Thank you for your videos, they're great. One thing I would love is if you translated sometimes - for example names of meats or common Thai phrases. Any translations would be much appreciated 🙂
We couldn't find the place you recommended.. No Google maps... But as we walked further we saw Chula 50. We already eaten in a small shop selling Isaan food. Will try go again next trip.
Dear Khon Chon, Thanks for your sharing of the best part of Bangkok Thailand... Wishing you and family a Blessed Christmas and Happy New Year ahead.. please continue to share with us on the old districts and neighborhood of Bangkok. I have explored Chinatown, Song Wat Road, Talat Noi, Bangrak areas but I have yet to venture to Soi Chula and Samyan districts... Will come back to Bangkok next year to explore these areas as recommended. Next time, can you share with us on where to find good khanon cafes and Thai outlet serving very authentic Thai traditional dishes from the old family or palace dishes.

thanks for your useful eating guide but most of your recommended restaurants are in Chinese or Thai signboards, it would be good if you can provide the Google map links for those restaurants. khob khun ma krub : )

Jok Sam Yan is better than Jok Prince?
Individual preferences....jok prince has a burnt after taste....not all jok has this taste.
For me, I like Jok Prince more.
