Plane Spotting at Manchester Airport, Landings & Take offs, Runway 23R

After a great morning filming close up departures on Runway 23L, I thought I'd stay southside to film a few more movements during the single runway period on 23R. Most of the departures featured in this video are widebodies heading long haul, including Cathay Pacific's A350-1000
The lovely winter sun also came out to make for some stunning lighting on the rotations, made for some perfect videos. There were quite a few interesting aircraft doing the rounds as well, including Ethiopian Airlines's second revenue flight into Manchester on a 787, a Qatar 777, which hasn't been seen at Manchester for a long time now. As well as Cathay's A350-1000, which had replaced the A359 this month. A lot of decent stuff around anyway
Other aircraft in this video includes TUI 787's, Thomas Cook A330's, Virgin Atlantic 747's, Emirates A380 in the Orange Expo 2020 livery, Ryanair 737's, Icelandair 757 and many more! I do hope you like the shorter length of the video too, this was all filmed in the space of an hour!
