It's great time ... semiconductor industries are coming here. There will be more scope for the electronics students within the country and plenty of jobs will be created in coming years.
Definitely need to diversify the job market from software only to other technical services as well.

      BE Thorough with:
      1. Digital and Analog electronics
      2. EDC Basics
      3. Basics of C ( Data types, Loops, Arrays, Pointer, Searching, Sorting)
      Before masters in VLSI.
It would give an added advantage from starting itself.

Sir please tell the Pre requisite knowledge to become physical design engineer..like subjects ... Digital electronics. ..is enough or we need to have knowledge on analog electronics too sir..please reply

    • @Singh-Rajveer
      @Singh-Rajveer  6 месяцев назад

Analog electronics could be asked in interview but not required in VLSI Physical design if it's role in digital vlsi jobs team.
If you are interviewing for vlsi backend in analog team then analog electronics and Analog ic design could be required.
So, the priority of subjects depends on the domain you are in. (Analog/ Digital).
Both have front end and backend

There are various institutions but you should do your own research.
Selection would always be based on your skills and training institutes may just help you to connect with companies.
Any comparison among training institutes would be taken as sponsered/ promotion video.... that's why I don't want to make any such video. As a training institute ranked least by me may say that it's wrong and all that. That's why avoiding this video.
But, You can just google the name of training institutes.
Talk with various students from that institute and take feedbacks before joining any. This would be perfect way for you.
However it would require efforts from your side.

I don't recommend and suggest for private training institutes.
Lot of frauds happening on the name of 100% placement and fake promises. It's difficult to find genuine.
Still, if you take courses then it is suggested to talk with atleast 15 current and 10 alumni of respective institutes.
Just google and find the names.
Research needs to be done at your own.

      2. Search on career pages of respective companies and find if some intern position is open. To enter as an intern is relatively easier.
      3. Also search on LinkedIn and naukri sites with keywords like "PD vlsi jobs", backend vlsi jobs, vlsi jobs....
