Im sure you know by now but just in case, this was a song and a tribute to Kami, the drummer who passed away due to a subarachnoid hemorrage. It was very sudden and he left far too soon. The spiders are most likely the representation of what took him away, Kami has always been represented by butterflies, thus the butterfly imagery. Knowing this adds depth and honestly I can't help but cry when I hear the song you can feel the many feelings they had while making this for him and the video ofc shows this as well. I hope this made you appreciate the video and song a little more that you already did.
