- Sharing with you the recipe of Malai Kofta. The soft Koftas in a smooth as 'Malai' Curry are a treat for the taste buds. however, the koftas and curry need to come together only before serving otherwise the koftas will absorb all the moisture from the curry and turn mushy!

I made this kofta in Navratri without onion garlic ginger and tomato paste....but it was awesome....thou I made curry with cashew pumpkin seed and poppy seed
