- The time has come for a trip down memory lane! Well, memory lane for me anyway. Today I'm sharing some of my old writing with you, including my first failed novel, and an abandoned project from when I was 16! This video was a ton of fun to film, it's cool to be able to look back at my writing objectively and with admiration for how far I've come since then. I hope you enjoy getting to hear my voice as a writer (or at least what it used to be), and that this is as funny for you as it was for me!
Don't forget to like, subscribe, and comment! See you next week! 🫶🏼

Ohhh, this was so cool!! I love project joy 🥰 and I'm so excited to read House of Eaftos somedayyy :D love your videos!! Keep at it ❤❤
You have a great way with words! Going by your old writing, I think HoE will really shine. 🌟 And good job with reading, lol! The tone of my voice goes so up and down when I'm trying to read out loud. Nerves, I guess!
@@lendralit1174 Thank you!! You are too kind. And I know, reading out loud can be so intimidating! It’s a little easier when it’s to a camera and not people haha😂
Your metaphors are very thought through. I can visualize some of the things that you write about.
@@Solowriter1 Thank you! that is so kind!!
Ahhh ur writing is so beautiful?!
🥲🫶🏼 brb crying! thank you!
This is so cool! Love the different projects, Ande!
Love the line about replacing the lock on his mother's lips with a harder blow. Great metaphor!
@@LettySharpeWrites Thank you!!!
Love this! It was so cool to hear you read your writing. After hearing these snippets, I’m super excited to read a full novel of yours! You have such a gift! My kids are so talented. 😊
@@juliesears5515 Aww thank you!! I’m so glad you liked it!
oo! It's giving main character: messy bun, red hair, TAN. Love this idea! Will promptly be stealing for the future ;)
looking back on old lines you’ve written like 🤨 and remembering feeling like hemingway at the time of writing it is so relatable😭 also, plenty of guys i know 100% size up the guys they see on the street when passing by, so i wouldn’t be too hard on your 16 y/o self
@@Caitlinthewriter Bahaha, thank you for the affirmation lol. Yes, everything you write at 16 feels absolutely ground breaking!
