Ingredients:
I used a 15x10 cm mold (these ingredients will also be enough for a 20x5 cm mold)
***Genoise:
-2 eggs
-80g sugar (~1/3 cup)
-pinche of salt
-80g flour (~3/4 cup)
-1 tbsp cocoa powder
-Milk (3tbsp)
***crispy layer:
-80g sugar (~1/3 cup)
-1 tbsp water
-1 tbsp butter
-120g almonds (1 cup)
-50g chocolate (1.7 oz)
***cream:
-400ml heavy cream (1 3/4 cups)
-100g chocolate yogurt or 50g melted chocolate
***decoration:
-120g chocolate (4.2 oz)
-80g almonds (3/4 cup)
