Thanks buddy, very nice system, in my days of working for the man before I retired had experience with dust control and material moving with vacuum and we grounded our suction lines especially when there was connection between clear Spyro tubing and metal pipe, we also treated ambient air with humidity and used ionizer blowers. Have you found a reasonable source for HDU? We tried it years ago but I think a 1in thick sheet was over $200 for a 4x8 and I found the stuff to be incredibly hard to get paint to stick to it. Try painting it and then using something like oramask for an additional color. Peel up the mask and the paint comes with it. It was madding for me.
I like the dedicated approach. You've got a compact setup and don't have to worry about the loss of vacuum across a long run of pipes.
