Betty Comden and Adolph Green, songwriting/playwright team ("On the Town," "Wonderful Town," etc.) Tape Dates: #112 January 29, 1997 Copied: November 25, 2006
What was she like? I always adored Betty Comden. Saw her at the Gallery of Modern Art in the late Sixties when they did a tribute to the writing team. But when I interviewed her in the Nineties I was disappointed as she dodged every political question I asked (about the studios, about the Blacklist....)
I imagined what will it like if Adolph Green and Betty Comden are two of the most prolific and brilliant writers of the Digimon Anime, particularly Digimon: The Movie. If Digimon never had mediocre writers and only had the best, that would've been interesting.
