I also used to talk really fast in presentations. I naturally talk quite fast but it’s worse when I’m nervous or excited. So I consciously slow down, but in my head I’m talking soo slow. It took me ages to get used to my ‘presentation voice/speed’, but I’m a lot better now as I practice doing presentations in front of people or time myself practicing out loud in my room

And I also totally understand your overthinking. I do the same. Congratulations! So proud of you! And you did a great job! I'm sure your imperfections were not that noticeable and nothing is perfect in this world anyway. You did your absolute best and that's all that matters! This is an amazing experience and achievement which I'm sure you know❤
