Red it isn’t. The Monarch class Titan was reverse engineered from two destroyed vanguard class titans. The monarch class titan can upgrade itself, but not to the extent the vanguard class titan can. Additionally the vanguard class titan can hold multiple weapons on the chassis.
@@GameHunterDeathhunter just use the rearm kit :D tbh i just rocket barrage, dash, energy siphon then rearm to just refill all of the 3 abilities and chain back to back

The monarchs reign and any maps added with it should be free

yes a monarch with a full chaingun build should spend 2.5 seconds to rearm instead of shooting his god tier gun is sickening
