Idk why they nerfed Giovanni in FRLG, they're supposed to be remakes to RBGY but they didn't give him his Rhydon which was supposed to be his Ace And also all his Rhyhorns are over level 42 so why aren't they evolved?

Lets see, Blue had a Rhydon and a Exeggutor who both got a Super Effective move against Cloyster. But since you killes Pidgeot with Ice Beam, it triggered Rhydon as it had a move super effective against Ice being, Rock Tomb. If you had used Surf then Exeggutor wouldve been sent out since it had Giga Drain.
