@@galvinstanley3235 Flails very much like that were the weapon of choice for fighting on war wagons in parts of Eastern Europe. I imagine there was at least _some_ use of them in East Asia, too, as agricultural tools are almost always weaponized, and that's a pretty common form factor for threshing grain.
@@galvinstanley3235 ? it's a real weapon. It's very common. It was a basic weapon for a chivalry back there. Manchurian Qing dynasty and Chosen Dynasty, Korea used it.
so, i've never weilded flails or nunchucks or things like this before, and seeing it used is really interesting compared to how i envisioned it working in my head I always thought the point of it was to get an opponent to block the shaft, so that the swingy bit can bend around and slap the opponent past their guard. On one hand, that is a bit of what happened, but as an outsider looking in, i think the hardest part of this was trying to gauge what his actual range was, every single rotation had the opportunity to be an attack, and while one might think that makes it easier to judge an opponent's rhythm, in reality it's better to say that every rotation is a feint. That must've been incredibly stressful to try and go against.
Fun video. First Dequitem puts out a flail video and now you guys. What a week for high powered peasant weapons! Who will put an end to Lu Bu's long stick based reign of terror?
What an interesting weapon, I love it :) The first spinning cut move that Flail guy did exists in Iberian Montante Traditions for staying alive while being surrounded in all sides.

There is koryu naginata (traditional kata training) as well as budo naginata (sport fencing). If you live near a large city there may be a dojo near you.
I don't think that they are very widespread, there is just the Hombu in Japan and the two keikokai in Kazakhstan and Michigan. Nothing to my knowledge in korea.
He has amazing accuracy with this flail.
And a little bit of luck.
Amazing situational awareness in the 2-on-1 fight. He only got caught fully by surprise a couple of times.
Fun fact..the flail wasn't a real weapon it's a wrong interpretation of a chain meteor hammer.

I'm the white armor flail man 😊 thanks for watching😊 2vs1 is not easy. kendokas are fast good skills
You are awesome, man! Soo fun to watch the original!
Where can I find the armor
That spin momentum attack was amazing to keep them and bay and protecting yourself, as they say. The best defense is offense.
@@ChaolaoFueChi haha thanks!
@HRmocap where did you get the armour?
1:16 That flawless victory pose 😂
He's like an Elden Ring Boss.
Some solid skills involved and despite the impacts from that flail, it looked like you all had fun filming this too. Nice work as always!
Beautiful demonstration of reach vs. speed! Very cool!
You guys are so cool I don't think I've seen better action in a movie lately
White lobster crab man strong!
lol... I'm not crab hahaha
@@HRmocap your finesse with that flail was beautiful

The screams from the hits are half the fun 😂
You guys are having so much fun!
Love watching you!

this channel deserves more subscribers
Now I wanna see them switch weapons, purely for funsies
Awesome! Try 3 swords vs 1 pole weapon in a bigger space.
What an interesting weapon, I love it :)

Man that's a scary guy. Apparently historically this flail could be used from horseback too?
The flail used by cavalry is shorter than that of infantry.

Is there a video with the Dragon Glave? I wanted to see it used.
Wait I just noticed the two Frostmournes on the walls. Respect 😂
the high pitched "DjAAAAAA" battle cry is extremely charming!!
I think the back of the head should be protected better guys, stay safe.
Still wonderful video tho!
Dude! I can't wait for thar Dragon Glaive video!
You guys are so cool. Love it.
I love the flail guy’s form. I’d like to know how to wield a polearm, like a Naginata, if possible.
There is koryu naginata (traditional kata training) as well as budo naginata (sport fencing). If you live near a large city there may be a dojo near you.
Oh- oh. Oh my god, these could be memeable, it's fun to see the fun in this video! 😂
Thank you all for the training video 👍🏻
what if the flail sacrifices it's extra range to hit with the stick, but bypass the defense?
wow, the flail is definitely scary
Now there is proof that some people will survive a zombie apocolypse.
Thanks for the video.
Would the flail be effective with leg shots?
I would think so if you have an extra curving limb the size of a baseball bat you have been more leverage and speed that would break a leg clean off!
Can you do a kriss sword vs. Katana?
Looks like one must have loads of stamina to use the flail 😅
My man got serious skill
So impressive!
편곤 살벌하네요ㅋㅋ
No back of the head protection for the swords person? That's insane. I feel like the sword fighter's taking the heavier hits
한국 검도 자체가 일본 검도 보호구를 일본식 그대로 들여와서 그렇습니다.
Lol he's using what's known as a grain flail.
¿Y lo bien que se lo pasan? 🙂
The flail man spoke Japanese!
That flail has some surprising power
nice to see you demonstrate the reach difference in different weapons next time try using knives
Is that printed armor?
idk, but what can help you he made it him self and there should be a video somewhere
thanks
this is some berserk shit
Vaya, esa cosa es peligrosa
Give them a shield
Has someone been studying Tennen Rishin Ryu Kenjutsu?
