Thanks Mike for sharing your project. You are doing great work. I am re building a TR 2 1954 , there is hardly a panel I have not had to repair or re make. Currently on the front inner guards and outer guards ,so I'm very interested in your progress. Keep up the great work. Best regards from Western Australia. Ric.
Greeting Ric... thank you for your kind words. If you are interested in the metal shaping aspects, make your way over to metalshapershub.com where the kind folks there have been helping me with this work. Peter Tommasini, a fellow Australian in Melbourne, is a treasure trove of advice and insight. I have a long thread dedicated to this mudguard and to the door... all in the name of teaching/learning. This particular video was put together for them (rather than my dad) to help me with where to go next. Can't say enough about their willingness to help a beginner.

Wow.
Making metal longer or shorter.
Nice ....paper.....right....
FSP do not work..waste of time.
Thanks Matthew, the FSP can lead you astray while paper simply cannot. Of course, what do I know. ;-)
