One of my lab partners had the highest part 2 score in the country. Our whole class had the second highest scores for part 2, highest for part 1. No specific prep. except that we were tested just about every week (on Fridays). I aced the MCAT and did nothing special to prepare. Afterall, your whole educational experience is your preparation. Remember that med. school, residency and fellowship are the easy parts. Keeping up afterward while doing your job at the highest level is harder. Include that reality in your decision making.
