1. Corporate still adding inventory
2. People that need to move, trading houses, cash buyer
3. People that don't want to commute
4. People that work from home and get tax deductions
5. People making money and must store it in real estate
6. AirBnB folks
7. First time buyers that don't want to pay rent and refinance

This video worries me. I have decided to move forward with getting my license and because it’s an election year, by the time I finish my exams and get active the housing market would start to show an increase in inventory and low rates. Especially since the inflation is a major talking point this election. What are your thought about my concerns and future expectations with the market?
I think that great agents do well regardless of market conditions. Right now it's very hard to do real estate without being all in. If you treat it like a business, it's an amazing career.

Your content is great- especially Hagerstown vs Frederick- I grew up in Frederick and watched it become what it is today. I’ve always said Hagerstown is 10 years behind Frederick- and it is…. Right behind Frederick building up with affordable living costs still. Not for long though-
