I bought a journal on amazon, but ended up returning it. This tutorial really helped with creating my own journals, and adding my own touches to it. Thanks, keep up the great work!😄🥳👍🏻
In case you dont want to use the sticky cover: You can make the cover water resistant if you use beeswax paste like you use for wooden furniture. Apply some with a cloth and gently rub it in.

I make my own too and decorate the front and back. This last one was tough though cuz I wanted a ary journal and a regular journal to help keep track of things passed and future, but I couldn't decide how I wanted to combine the two of them. Apparently my hands got tired of waiting for my brain and I to agree on something and they just started making it. Si if you hold it one way it's one kind of journal and then you flip it over and it's the kind and eventually they'll meet in the middle-ish area. Problem solved. Thank you hands 😊

They are allowed to snip snip a little here and there, just enough to keep hair out of my eyes but any more then that and we are going to have words. It may be thin but it's long and i intend for it to stay that way. I'm a weird individual. Dont normally like my hair downso it's usually in a ponytail during the winter and twisted and rolled and clipped down in the summer so it's like I have short or no hair most of the time so why not just cut it? Cuz I'd kill anyone who tried to chop it off that's why haha snip snip 🤗
This is a most charming idea for making a little gift for a child that is sequestered with the family. The child could add stickers on the pages or paste photos of favorites or...? Young children also love to receive mail from friends or family. Such a clever project to make while they are asleep--.Inexpensive paper, if the staple idea is not feasible, how about using household string?

Its a different one 😁 this is a simpler way by just stapling the paper. In the skillshare class I bind my sketchbooks by stitching 😊
I really need to buy printer. It seems like you can make EVERYTHING in this world with that 🙃
When you invest in one, try to get laser printer instead of inkjet coz the ink is waterproof 😜 not like my inkjet

I got the ruler when I lived in Australia a while a go from an art store called Jacksons. The ruler says Maun Industries England. I hope that helps...
