Check the steering on the fly, turn it clockwise increases response and range of movement as nearly caught me out

Were you at any stage worried about the stability of the boat in the rough water sections? Again, another product I have been tempted by but just worried that if I capsize I could easily lose the boat.
Always a worry with the majority of boats but to be honest, this one is so heavy on the bottom it really would take a lot I think to tip it right over. At some point though it's going to happen and I'll be in the river getting wet ha ha! I'll jump it down the rapids when the weather is warmer, didn't fancy a swim today in the cold if it did go over 🤪
@@miles123rc3.....what ESc were you planning and if it helps, I was running in bigger rapids using Spectrum 4s 5000 100c which seem quite punchy and have throttle set to 75%

@@miles123rc3curious as to why Fly colour, I'm also planning on upgrading the ESC but debating whether to stay Spektrum as also looking at new Tx / Rx to put lights and nozzle adjustment under the Tx's control
...and have you seen the bits from Mad Lizard for better Trim tabs mounts which will break or extra servo mount for on the fly nozzle angle adjustment, you might also want to look out for Rockstaraviators nose rock guard bumper
@@TheS4jordan they look very good value that's all. No way the Spektrum one is worth three times the price. I'm going to change the rx to so I can use my RadioLink RC8X as all my other models are on that. Will check out the parts you mention.

Yes Deff needs to be 6s and better quality for the money. The price is just too much. We have a 6s esc here to put in so that should wake it up a bit
