Your story rings so true for me! I’m 5 months into DNRS and slowly getting my life back. It’s not easy work and it’s not a quick fix but it works ❤

Thank you for this testimony of recovery. You share so many of the symptoms I've had in the last almost year, including throwing every supplement known to man at the anxiety, depression and PEM. Hoping DNRS will work for me too.

I have a question. I just started doing DNRS. My mornings are always more dysregulated and when I try to do a a round of brain retraining it seems to make my heart beat faster and increase my stress response, even if I’m enjoying the excitement and happiness of my visualizations. Is this normal and how do I move through it? I’m enjoying myself, but making myself feel worse at the same time 😅

I would focus on doing calming rounds. It was common for me to feel dysregulated especially in my morning rounds. Keep going with soothing visualizations would be my suggestion
