The lightning is also used by the jedi and it is called jugement lightening plo koon is its main user and when anakin came in the room (in the movie), palpatines lightsaber was out of the window so he couldn’t really know

I also believe that the light side lightning looked differnet (Orange I think). Anakin fought doku and knows/believes that only a sith is able to do it and knows how it looks. They just wanted to make anakin a badass on the cost of story and the fight was just there to fill up content. Mace would have won way way easier against anakin.

Video game makers obviously had to rework the scene a bit to make it work for a video game setting. Players expect to get to play out epic boss fights with legends like Mace Windu. If it had gone according to the film, it would've just been one long cutscene.
Honestly a fight like this would have worked better than what we had got in theaters, where instead of asking "what have I done", he would have simply accepted the outcome, seeing it as something that was justified due to how corrupt the Jedi were in his eyes. Since Anakin did have some doubts about the Jedi order before, so it would make sense why eventually he would begin to see them as the problem and thus understand why it must be destroyed in order for there to be peace throughout the galaxy. But I wouldn't be surprised if he still harbored regret of what he had done, after all he did fight along side Mace during the clone wars and would be saddened for it to come to this.

So later when he finds out he’s the Sith Lord it makes sense to him so he tells windu and windu says the same line the emperor said about dooku “he’s too dangerous to be left alive” so anakin then comes to the conclusion that palpatine was right when he said the Jedi and the sith with basically the same

This game plays the story as if Anakin trully believed the Jedi had betrayed the Republic, so keeping that part of the cutscene betrays the narrative they were going for.

While I would say that Lanter is definitely a better voice actor, Lucas always sounded more like Hayden to me. He's considered the audio double for that reason, like Corey Burton is for Christopher Lee or JAT for Ewan McGregor.
Anakin was stronger than Windu was. And they were about equal in skill. The Force worked against Anakin exactly once; and that was when he fought Obi wan. Every other time, the Force was more with him than anyone else. Windu goes down hard to Skywalker 8/10.

Really parallels how he makes the same quick decision later, but instead decides to save his son and redeem himself.

It isn’t that far fetched tbh he can definitely beat Mace but Mace can beat him as well it’s a toss up really, which is why I would have loved to seen this fight in the actual movie.
That's what really bothers me about this part of the game. I feel like mace would really beat anakin here... if I remember correctly he’s supposed to be the best dualist even better than yoda, Dooku and Palpatine. Another thing is anakin would usually end up tapping into the dark side when things got rough and mace uses a technique that feeds off the dark side. Anakin usually relied on power and force to overwhelm his opponents and Mace isn’t a pushover. Not to mention mace has a lot more experience in using the darkside without falling.
By the way, the voice lines in the game were actually recorded by The Clone Wars (2003-2005) voice actors. But I know that you meant to say the Clone Wars (2008-2020) voice actors.

I love how Palpatine had ample time to escape while Anakin and Mace were fighting outside but just sat there next to the window. And then the way Anakin elbows Mace at the end, sending Mace flying out of frame, followed by that kick. It's hilarious.
I agree, though I both think that the duel with Obi Wan does a fine job of that, despite the fact that he lost, and that Windu was a better fighter than Anakin

Visions may be a cool concept going for the anthology-style stories but we really need a 'What-if' Star Wars series that explores alternate outcomes of the main movies like this or Obi-wan being defeated on Mustafar.
I like how this duel really shows how powerful Anakin is. I know he beat Dooku, but then he lost to Obi Wan which a lot of people use to downplay his abilities even though it was due to his emotions. This fight really would cement his top tier status.
This fight would never have ended like this. Windu would have utterly decimated Anakin. Anakin's unchecked Dark Side emotions would just fuel Windu's powers tenfold and he would just demolish him. It would require Palps to intervene with some cheeky backstab for Anakin to not die.

Yoda, Mace and Palps at the top, Vader and Kenobi below that, then everyone else.

I love ROTS but this improves just about everything in the movie. I loved how you got to attack the Jedi temple and escape Utapau with obi wan. The fight with the CIS on Mustafar was also pretty cool

It isn’t that far fetched tbh he can definitely beat Mace but Mace can beat him as well it’s a toss up really, which is why I would have loved to seen this fight in the actual movie.

That's what really bothers me about this part of the game. I feel like mace would really beat anakin here... if I remember correctly he’s supposed to be the best dualist even better than yoda, Dooku and Palpatine. Another thing is anakin would usually end up tapping into the dark side when things got rough and mace uses a technique that feeds off the dark side. Anakin usually relied on power and force to overwhelm his opponents and Mace isn’t a pushover. Not to mention mace has a lot more experience in using the darkside without falling.
This game needs an HD remake with The Clone Wars voices.
I’d prefer their movie voices.
By the way, the voice lines in the game were actually recorded by The Clone Wars (2003-2005) voice actors. But I know that you meant to say the Clone Wars (2008-2020) voice actors.

Nah. I prefer their voice match their movie counterparts. Aka. using the Clone Wars Microseries actors instead (though I know some overlap with the 2008 show).

I love how Palpatine had ample time to escape while Anakin and Mace were fighting outside but just sat there next to the window.
And then the way Anakin elbows Mace at the end, sending Mace flying out of frame, followed by that kick. It's hilarious.
That would have been great to see in the movie to show how good anakin was at fighting

Visions may be a cool concept going for the anthology-style stories but we really need a 'What-if' Star Wars series that explores alternate outcomes of the main movies like this or Obi-wan being defeated on Mustafar.

I like how this duel really shows how powerful Anakin is. I know he beat Dooku, but then he lost to Obi Wan which a lot of people use to downplay his abilities even though it was due to his emotions. This fight really would cement his top tier status.
This fight would never have ended like this. Windu would have utterly decimated Anakin. Anakin's unchecked Dark Side emotions would just fuel Windu's powers tenfold and he would just demolish him. It would require Palps to intervene with some cheeky backstab for Anakin to not die.

The current lore has rewritten the narrative and made it abundantly clear Anakin was nothing more than Obi-Wan's equal in RotS. Disney canon has a very clear cut tier ranking. Yoda, Mace and Palps at the top, Vader and Kenobi below that, then everyone else.

I love ROTS but this improves just about everything in the movie. I loved how you got to attack the Jedi temple and escape Utapau with obi wan. The fight with the CIS on Mustafar was also pretty cool
