I am sorry to let you know the young Turks has never advocated American intervention in Syria. You're lying. You're a liar. I have been watching on and off for 5-years. And I have never heard them advocate intervention in Syria. What I have heard is that they have called out bashar al-Assad as a war criminal. I believe that he deserves to be brought to justice by his own people. And what that means in the middle east is having a poker shoved up your asshole. I don't know what percentage of the responses here are actually genuine or whether they are being orchestrated deliberately by a system that exists to preserve Russian hegemony in Syria and the continuation of minority rule in Syria.

Answer me that if you are truly an anti-imperialist why do you claim that the Americans are the only actors in this war when you know that there are several several countries in the region and outside the region that are interfering here.
Cenk did say that he doesn’t want Trump to leave Syria. And just a couple of uploads back they were talking about wanting “the international community” to regime change Assad. Go to that episode. Floria talks about that as the Turkish flag was on the screen.
Now going to your point about Russia, I don’t think you understand what imperialism means. Or what hegemony means. Iran, China and Russia are not hegemony. They’re vastly different systems. NATO on the other hand is the same system. NATO’s client states in the global south are pressured and forced to conform to the west’s system. Where their finance sector has to be tied to banks in New York, London and Paris. Where American multi national companies has to take over your whole market (and you can’t buy Huwawei). And where you’re pressured to sell your natural resources for dirt cheap prices or to privatize your natural resources industry for Western Companies to swoop in and take over. Can you prove to me that Russia, China or Iran do any of those things?
What is the Syrian government supposed to do? Fight off America, The UK, Turkey, Al Qaeda and Israel all by themselves?
