No.13 Allegro Op.50 by Mauro Giuliani - Grade 2 Repertoire for Classical Guitar

The combination of arpeggios and a driving bass line produce a very exciting miniature Allegro. This piece provides an excellent challenge for the right hand and a lot can be done in the way of dynamics and expressive rubato in order to enhance the excitement.
Initially aim for control and clarity with the running sixteenth notes and follow on with work that will develop speed and excitement. Pay specific attention to the separation between the bass line and arpeggios.
