My car has the ZF actuators and I hate automated transmission. When I'm crawling at the stop light, car jerks, I try to reverse into parking spot, car jerks, Why? Because this system eats the clutch as if it's its lunch

I came here trying to find out more about my Mitsubishi eclipse's Automanual system. I assume it would be similar? I don't race or anything and I've only ever had automatic cars, but in traffic this automanual system is a lot of fun.

Automated manual transmission. I think all vehicle manufacturer should stop using cvt effective immediately & start using these AMT. Cvt is the WORST THING😭

CVT always runs at maximum torque. It has least moving parts. It is compact. It is best transmission if losses were same as manual trans.

I drive a Toyota CVT it drives better than other transmissions.

my car has this gearbox (AMT). What happens when you're stopped at a traffic light and hit the brakes? Is the gearbox under pressure? Should I put it in neutral (N)?

Usually yes, the car in drive mode keeps the clutch pressed if car is not moving. It's preferable to put car in neutral mode to prevent pressing on clutch for long duration
