    I like that you were able to embroidery on your sleeve! I chickened out and took the seam apart so I could lay it flat when I needed to embroider on a sleeve. I love your videos! You are so inspiring!!

      I'd be too chicken to take the sleeve apart! lol. Thank you for watching!

    we have to improvise, do what we can with what we have. that's how we learn. double sided tape helps 👍 looks good.

    For the sleeve instead of trying to tape the stabilizer to the hoop, you can try turning the sweatshirt inside out and use a 505 temporary spray adhesive to secure the stabilizer on the inside and then put the hoop in!

      I wanted to but I'm out of spray 😆😆

    Your swearer is too darn cute! I am challenging myself to embroider on the sleeve.

    Looks awesome. I have seen people mark center with a pin then turn inside out and use iron on cut away. It still comes off nicely just it stays in place and does not gum up hoops
    Like sticky stabilizers do, I have bought both iron on cut away and tear away, and I liked using them. Yet have not used on a project like this.

      Ohh an iron on cut away would have worked great! I'm going to have to stock up on some. Thank you!

    Super cute!!! I’ve finally gotten to work with my TC (it took a few weeks to get into training after it arrived), and it’s such a change from my Brother, but I’m adjusting and enjoying it!

    I don't have Ricoma but I had an issue with the tails being too short and the thread coming out of the needle. I always thought it was tension but when I contacted my company they said it was a parameter problem and you have to set it. They showed me what parameter to set and it worked. You would have to ask Ricoma what parameter you need to set for the cut off length.

      It is a trimming setting. Since I'm new to Ricoma Machianes I cant say where to find the adjustment. But it is something you can change. ie; Trim when > or < ?mm

    Hi! I was wondering if you know how to skip forward to the next color when stitching the design. I know how to back up. 😅 such a learning curve! Love my Racoma! Switched from Brother after 25 years.

    • @KaylaKrische
      @KaylaKrische  8 месяцев назад +1

      You can go forward stitches the same way you rewind stitches. Hit F.L. and instead of hitting STOP to go backwards, hit START to go forward. Hope this helps!

      @@KaylaKrische I watched your video because I was getting ready to make these. I ended up going with the 4.8x4.4. It turned out really cute. My husband, teen son and I are wearing them with our grinch PJ pants I’m making us for Christmas!
