The saddest part of Loki's death was that the last thing he heard and felt was not Thanos snapping his neck but it was his brother hugging and crying over his body... Especially since we know they never got the much needed hug at the end of Thor: Ragnarok, so them hugging in Loki's final moments was really heartbreaking

Scientifically, Black Bolt should have had a 0 on the DOL scale. Your nerves are connected to your brain and if your head is to say, explode from the inside, your brain would not be able to transfer signals to your nerves, ergo you would not feel the pain of having your head imploded.
Actually it wasn't his brain it was his mouth when talked to screamed so loud that it made his entire head explode

It’s been theorized (and proven in animals at least) that the head is still alive for a couple seconds and feels all the pain so it’s very likely thanos was in a lot of pain
