Wow! This is so so so cool! I can't imagine how hard it must have been to fight playing with phasing for the horns at opposite 5 yard lines and hashes. Way to go!
I am used to seeing the Drum Corps International championships there. I am sure there are a few Bluecoats(TBDDCITW-and they have the trophy to prove it)out there.
We have a strict military style so while we are playing we don’t really dance and move around. Both bands were instructed to do their own styles of the show which was neat
As a European, unfamiliar with this particular type of showband: Why is there always a clownlike "conductor" (with a furry hat) running around between the musicans and what is the point of two non-synchronised dancers/cheerleaders participating?
Those are the drum majors! They don’t conduct (that is left to the directors and assistants on the ladders at the front of the field). The drum majors have more of a “cheerleading” and soloistic role, but they are students the same as all the marchers
This was an excellent show, and as an MMB member, I was honored to perform with the OSUMB
Props to the TBDBITL members at the end who shook the Michigan members' hands. They're proving that music making is bigger than any rivalry.
Unfortunately a lot of tbdbitl was apprehensive about working with them but yes I agree!
Yes, props to both bands!

Contrary to popular belief, there's a lot of love between the bands of OSU and TTUN. At least there was when I was at OSU.
The Best Dam Band, In The Land!!! They got That Right. They Know How To Put On A Show. They Rock....
🎷🥁🎺
The two biggest rivals in college football (apart from Army/Navy) playing together. The unthinkable just happened, people! Now do this at The Game!
I love their rendition of Stars and Stripes Forever!!!
It's always great to hear Sousa -- especially when it's played so well.
Awesome

So glad to be there to see it! What a great performance!
LETS GO
Any reason as to why at times Michigan's battery was rocking to the music and yours were not? Just curious.

@@kyleshort7299 that’s very interesting, thanks for telling me

All brass bands >>>>>>>
DISLIKE FLAGS
This is not OSUs band. We don't have flag carriers nor quite that many band members.
ITS OSU AND MICHIGAN!
The band is playing with Michigan lol.
Yes it is…. also why it’s posted on their youtube channel lol It’s not just them.
This is The Ohio State State University Marching Band and the Michigan Marching Band. The MMB has flags.
