It's out of the box in Chrome, Open Chrome dev tools, go to "Sources", select your file, "Save as" , now when you change something, that's will be in your local files.

Sahan, google "google chrome developer workspace" read tutorials about how to use workspace. In short you will open the dev panel in your chrome browser and click the source tab. Look around at the options, load your project in and have fun.
