- While playing the guitar, any type of wrist pain is always a bad thing. RSI, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, or any other type of wrist pain is a big problem for many musicians including guitar players.
I have never suffered from wrist pain, although a few students have started guitar lessons with pre-existing wrist problems. These wrist problems have caused significant problems with their guitar playing. I have recommended the Powerball to any students suffering from wrist problems in the past few years and it has helped in every situation.

My Powerball is a few years old, although my model has the LCD multi-function speed meter, which adds an extra fun element.
