- Building a stand for my Dewalt 733 planer. Using the CNC router for the mortises and table saw for the tenons. The stand will have retractable casters for easy movement around the shop. They will be shown being built in part 2.
Using the CNC to make mortises is genius!
I'm (3) years late to the party here... Very well built stand frame & thanks for sharing your CNC method of cutting mortises. I too find the Delta jointer attractive!
Thank you,
Bill on the Hill... :~)
You’re workshop is awesome!
Thank you!
I Love your "dust collection" system (Vacuum nozzle)! Just like mine! Nice work. Great detail. I'm new at this but I'll get to that point eventually. I make more firewood than anything right now.
Nice dust collection on miter saw.
Thank you!
Nice work, cutting tenons by hand when they were vertical was scary looking to me, but everyone has their own comfort factor,
Nice build, but no dust collection on the jointer or planer, and worse, no riving knife or push stick at the table saw. Wow.
Nice work. Thumbs up.
Like how you do it, it's simple, very practical. Love that little Delta joiner too- very handy. Wondering if I might find one in Amazon.
Happy New Year....nice stand
Did this!!! 👍 Great Design.
Nice Stand, you started off with some rubbish timber and it cleaned up well. Congrats
Hi, which CNC Router are you using?
That's nice but it's a long way to go for a shop stand. How about a nice piece of furniture?
How much did the CNC machine cost?
why can you do both side on planer ?
Xwhich cnc is that?
Good day! what model jointer?
Thank You

Way too technical just for a stand.... Not necessary at all... Its just a wood stand use dimensional lumber only no special cuts no planing.....ridiculous waste of time.. Very good skills but way overkill and not good use of time at all....its a stand for a planer saw in a shop its not a dining room table lol
der ddd maybe he is practicing techniques or joinery on shop furniture...instead of a dining room table lol
Some people like to have nice things and have the time to do it.
If you practice good technique on shop furniture, the stuff you build for home use benefits.
Utterly ridiculous in my opinion.....great skills though....
Or maybe he has ADD like my buddy who is anal about being a perfectionist even on stupid stuff lol..not for me at all
