I thought Capuchins were prone to diabetes and needed to have less carby veggies and minimal fruit, so more lettuce, cucumbers, bell peppers, avocados , carrot, and apples. And a few berries, other fruits like banana, mango grapes are desert or treats not given daily. And they do good with a bit of protein like boiled eggs, chicken breast , monkey biscuits , sardines etc.
