    Everyone on prosecution were invited to have interviews & participate, but not only declined but anyone that was interviewed specifically refused to allow that to be included. More information that proves Avery's innocence was left out than information that was presented in court, or even things not included in the documentary that Kratz claims to be key to his guilt.

    What about a lie detector test on all police and judge and Kratz that was involved in this crime of justice.If they have nothing to hide he should be eager to take a test by a 3 party.

    14:20 Kratz most definitely used the media to sway the jury pool into focusing on Steven-and ruined his presumption of innocence.

    Kratz and weather forecasters have one thing in common, they both get paid to be wrong and aren't held accountable.

    Kratz failed to disclose that the cat incident was never in the trial. He also failed to disclose that it was Jerry Yanda that threw the cat on the fire. Read the documents & interviews for that case. Steven took the blame for his friend.

      @@farlie1401 Steven Avery's arrest is Nov 2005 and his trial begins March 2007 - so Kratz's involvement is at least from Jan 2006 so "ten years later" is Jan 2016 when he is speaking.

      @@farlie1401 That would be about the time evidence is beginning to point to Steven Avery and I think he is arrested a few days later. It depends on what 'involvement' means. It would not be appropriate for any prosecution lawyer to be involved in the gathering of evidence against a suspect. I'm not saying this did not happen, but I haven't seen anything specific.

    Brendan Dassey is a tragedy 20:00 you tell on yourself. If you really believed Brendan helped murder Teresa you wouldn’t think his being in prison was a tragedy

    • @maciejjusaka7009
      @maciejjusaka7009 2 года назад +2

      I disagree, your comment makes no sense. The tragedy is that if not of his uncle Steve, Dassey would not be in prison, because he would never commit such a crime on his own. That's what Kratz meant.

    • @sunshinechristina7780

      @@maciejjusaka7009 Kratz is a disgraced sex abuser of women- he is unethical and he knowingly stole an innocent teenage kids freedom and life to get a conviction of his uncle- there is nothing to corroborate any of Brendan’s multiple outrageous and obviously false confessions that he only made after months of being groomed by officers that knew he had no clue what happened to Teresa Halbach. Evidence not presented in court and hid from the public shows that what happened to Teresa Halbach happened on an eighty acre piece of property miles away from Steven Avery’s trailer officers knew this and hid this to make it look like Teresa never left after coming to take a pic of the van at the Avery salvage yard on Halloween- these men are clearly wrongfully convicted and anyone who takes the time to review the facts sees that. It’s disgusting what the state of Wisconsin has done to Teresa Halbach, Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey. They don’t give two hoots about justice or the truth

      Listen to the 3 and a half hours of Dassey tape. He gives details about the crime that were supported by evidence, plus he was sweating really badly and caught lying to the cops more than once. The film cherry picks his confession to make it look like he wasn't there. He didn't kill her but he was there when it happened.

    You know how we know Kratz was abusing drugs and sexually abusing women during 2005? Not only is their allegations from women prior to 2005, he in this interview has spent way to much time trying to deny it-if it wasn’t true he wouldn’t be trying so hard to make everyone believe he wasn’t a drug addicted sexual abuser of women at that time. Ken, Have you ever thought of stepping off your ship before it sinks? Seriously. You’re in the perfect position to make the greatest change of your life. Be a hero. Admit the shenanigans, admit you didn’t play fair, come clean and be free!!! Think about it. You’ll be famous everywhere IN A POSITIVE WAY, go out with a bang. Make your words matter again, before it’s too late. After the years abusing Justice and your position, you have a chance to make it right. There’s no way you can even believe yourself. It’s ridiculous. Think about it you will no longer be a villain, you’ll be a man with a heart & soul who did the right thing.

    Kratz is an asshole but that doesn't mean Avery is innocent. I would encourage anyone who saw the film to listen to ALL of the Dassey tapes, not just the short cherry picked parts that the film plays. He was definitely there. Why else would he be sweating, nervous and caught lying more than once, plus he knew info supported by evidence. Dassey didn't do it but he was there so according to law he gets life in prison. They really should let him out though by now.
