  • How To Crochet An Oversized Spring Cardigan- The Wild Bloom Cardigan PART 1
    This cute oversized cardi is perfect for spring! The lace stitches and short sleeves give it a fun boho look. This cardigan is worked from the bottom up in 3 panels. The stitch repeat is super easy to memorize once you've worked it for a couple rows. I'll walk you through from start to finish! You'll need worsted weight yarn and a 5.00mm crochet hook. This video is split into 2 parts for easy viewing.

    I'm so glad I found this when I did. I was going to get rid of some of my yarn, that hadn't been used, and now I can use it for this. Thank you!

    Always beautiful! Wow! Going to buy my pattern today and start in a bit. The videos are helpful! You taught me that I didn’t need a needle and thread to sew up things lol a crochet hook does the same thing - FASTER lol. Thanks for all you do!

      @@EvelynAndPeterCrochet So I’m making this now, it’s going well. I’m making a L/XL it’s a bit too large but it’s still looking pretty. I’ll post a picture to Instagram and tag ya so you can see it.

    Such a gorgeous sweater! Thank you so much for sharing the pattern and video! Question: Can this sweater be made with a 3 weight yarn or even a 5 bulky?

    • @EvelynAndPeterCrochet
      @EvelynAndPeterCrochet  3 года назад +1

      Yes! Just make sure you check gauge and adjust your hook as needed or switch up the size if you are using a different weight yarn!

    I didn't see where it tells you exactly how much yarn is need for each size, need to know that when buying yarn so I can make sure I have enough to finish it.

    How many chains do I need for size small back panel? I used 80 but that doesn't leave enough for the neck opening. Thank you.

    So when I started my FRONT panel working along with you it seems that mine is not as flat as yours. Mine foundation chain must be too tight compared to the rest of my tension. My treble crochet stitches are quite loose. Any recommendations on the foundation chain?
